Legal
Refund and withdrawal policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
This policy explains your right of withdrawal as an EU consumer and when we give refunds.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can normally withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason. A licence is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Lithuanian Civil Code, the right of withdrawal ends once supply has started, if you:
- asked for the licence to be activated straight away, and
- confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once it is activated.
We ask for this consent before checkout and confirm it on your receipt. Your licence is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Goodwill refunds
Even after activation, if the app does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it, open a ticket on our Discord server within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. We may ask you to remove the app and we will end the licence.
Faulty or non-conforming app
Your legal rights if the app does not work as described are not affected by any of the above. You can ask us to fix it, and if we cannot, for a price reduction or refund.
How to withdraw or ask for a refund
Open a ticket on our Discord server with your account email and order date. You can use this text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital content: UI/UX Library Personal licence, ordered on [date], account email [email]." Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
Renewals
Renewals are never automatic, so there is nothing to cancel. The same rules apply to each renewal you buy.
