Terms of Use
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply to the UI/UX Library website, the UI/UX Library app for macOS and any licence you buy for it ("the Service"). The Service is run by the UI/UX Library team ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a licence or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
- You must give a real, working email address and keep your login details private.
- One person may hold one account. Creating more than one account per person is not allowed.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
2. Licences
- A Personal licence costs €40, is paid once through Stripe and is for one named person. It is lifetime for the life of the product: it includes updates we release for as long as we offer the app.
- A Personal licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, rent, give away or publish your licence, account or licence key.
- Enterprise licences for teams and companies are agreed separately on our Discord server. Anything agreed in writing for an Enterprise licence takes priority over these terms.
3. Duplicate accounts, alt accounts and abuse
To keep licences fair, we may suspend or permanently remove an account and revoke any licence linked to it, without a refund, if we reasonably suspect any of the following:
- duplicate accounts held by the same person, or accounts created to get around a ban, limit or trial;
- alt account generation, including automated or bulk sign-ups, disposable email addresses or fake identities;
- sharing, reselling or publishing a licence, licence key or account;
- chargebacks, payment fraud or use of a payment method you are not allowed to use;
- cracking, reverse engineering or bypassing licence checks, or redistributing the app or its content;
- harassment, spam or abuse towards us or other members, including on our Discord server;
- any other breach of these terms or use of the Service that breaks the law.
We decide on the information available to us, such as account, device and payment signals. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you and give you a chance to respond on our Discord server. Accounts linked to the same abuse may be removed together.
4. Refunds
If the app does not work on your Mac, contact us on our Discord server within 14 days of buying and we will try to fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law. Licences revoked under section 3 are not refunded unless the law requires it.
5. Your content
Things you save in the app stay yours. You must have the right to save and use them. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Our content
The app, website, components, layouts, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. Your licence lets you use the included components and layouts in your own design and client work. You may not resell or redistribute them as a competing library, kit or template pack.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will post it on the website or our Discord server. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account on our Discord server. We may end or suspend accounts as described in section 3.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
11. Contact
